Shipping policy

We sell products around the world. The chart below indicates the costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivering your product.

We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days (Monday – Friday) except for sales and peak periods where this may take longer.

Once we send your order, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its journey. Feel free to contact customerservice@bobochoses.com if you have any further questions or concerns regarding your order’s shipment. You can also directly contact the UPS website (www.ups.com) or download the application “UPS My Choice“. It allows you to manage any incident and change the shipping address. You need to sign up, and UPS will send you automatic delivery notifications either by text, phone, or e-mail.

We ship our packages with UPS, and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take your parcel delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery.

If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will contact the courier company.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

Customs fees for international orders placed outside the European Union are not included. Depending on the country where you make the purchase, the amount of taxed orders varies:

– United States: the order that exceeds 800 $/ 730 € will be subject to fees.
– South Korea: the order that exceeds 133.000KRW / 100€ will be subject to fees.
– UK: the order that exceeds 135 £ / 150 € will be subject to fees.
– Rest of the countries outside the European Union: the minimum amount to avoid being subjected to fees may vary from each country, we recommend you to confirm before placing your order. 

We recommend splitting your order to avoid reaching this amount.
